If you are new to cycling, we briefly explain here what you need to keep in mind if you want to participate in KNWU races:

• You must have a valid KNWU license.

• Youth cyclists between the ages of 8 and 18 must use the correct gear on their bicycles.

• You must ride in Zuyd Cycling Team club clothing.

• For the races, you must have a MyLaps transponder registered with the KNWU.
